I've had the inverse of deja vu before, where the situation seems really familiar but also like a distant memory you can't place. Sometimes it feels like I'm predicting what's about to happen, but I think it's kind of like how you can hear a song for the first time but can predict all the lyrics. I think it's all just brain tricks.

I get why you would see it that way, I didnt describe very well. It's different though because at the same time it feels like you've never been in that place/situation before but still somehow feel like you know what's going to happen.
It's called Jamais vu - the phenomenon of experiencing a situation that one recognizes in some fashion, but that nonetheless seems novel and unfamiliar. |
