Worst dream I've ever had.

I dreamt nonsense, for the most part, then went lucid.

For those not familiar with lucid dreaming, that's when you realize you're actually dreaming during said dream, and can essentially do whatever you want, in theory.

I had this dream, and even told one girl (I've never met) in said dream that I was lucid dreaming and that she wasn't real. She began weeping openly, saying her existence was for nothing and freaking out, and I've never been more upset in my life.

She, in my dream, really believed she was real. I told her she wasn't, and that sent her spiraliing into existential woe. I've never felt so awful in my entire life. She was a product of my imagination, but it seriously tore me apart.

I've also been dreaming lately of boats, of railroad tracks, and of running. I've been running (around the park) lately, but these dreams are bizarre.

The wonderful strange ones have also not left me. I worry occasionally that there's some truth, but then think that if I even think for a moment there's truth, I'll be legally insane.

I can't and won't believe it.
