Girl, you need to lay off those midnight gouda nibbles.

I dreamt last night that I was walking home from a flight and my neighbour asked me to help him break his garage door for insurance money. Ftr I dont know my neighbours that well and usually only say hi occasionally. Then he mentioned that he noticed my San Pedro cactus and that they're "high in mescal." We then proceeded to chop it down and take it to his extraction machine, which was next to his car engine. We feed it into the blender thing and take turns drinking the green juice from the exhaust pipe. Then I got a text in my dream and it changed into something I don't remember before the trip started.

I had several dreams. In one, I was in my room attempting to perform a ritual to formally denounce god. Someone was giving me instructions during this, and telling me not to be alarmed if I began feeling odd things, but I kept messing it up so I stopped. In another, I was in some green and rainy place-- just somewhere in the suburbs, I think, waiting to meet someone.
And for the past two weeks or so I keep having those "false awakening" type dreams in which you wake in the dream and everything (your room and such) is exactly the same as it is in real life-- in them, I step out of bed and become overwhelmed by some invisible force encroaching on me-- my vision begins to fade and I become so physically drained that I can barely stand anymore and so I lay back in bed and finally wake up in real life. (Actually I've had variations of this dream for 10 years, but they had stopped for a while.) |

I rarely remember my dreams, and if I do I know they are very vivid and full of details... details I remember for up to 5 minutes.. and then, if something remains, it's usually devoid of details and most of the context necessary..
I dreamt me and my friends went back in time. Our aim was to fix our lives, to avoid the mistakes we've made. Everybody managed to do it, except for me - I managed to destroy every single aspect of my life, and I was even left shoeless (some context would be nice, but there is none). So I went to my "friends" asking if we could go back one more time , since we all know now what we should and shouldn't be doing.. and they said no. And that was it. |

OK, how on earth do I even explain this.. In my dream I was a Maleficent type character (with the dress and horns and all), except I lived somewhere like Cleveland and I was somehow indirectly responsible/involved with the widespread use and necessity of these particular types of prosthetic penises?? Or penis sheaths, rather? I have no clue how or why I was involved with their sudden ubiquitous-ness but it was heavily implied that it was my fault. My ex was there, and he was sick with a cold, but nonetheless he decided that it was Time for Sex (I was just there visiting his cats and doing regular Maleficent-type things) and threw on his Penis Sheath™, all raring to go, but I left since I urgently needed to go to the store. At the store I was trapped by the cashier lady and some man for at LEAST an hour in dream-time-- they were going on and on about some elusive and strange lasagna recipe which belonged to the cashier that the man kept asking for, and she finally gave it to him (she listed each step while he wrote it down; this took an eternity) and it sounded vile and not at all like anything resembling lasagna but anywho, the only other thing I remember is being at a city park by a lake.

So, as I mentioned before, ever since I began sleeping in this bedroom I constantly have those false-awakening type dreams. (And I sleep horribly here in general. The knocking noises in the closet certainly don't help; I checked many times and there weren't any mice or anything) I wake up in the dream, I step out of bed and everything looks exactly as it should-- every last detail. After getting out of bed I usually begin walking around the room, interacting with some invisible being who I can only really hear in my mind. Sometimes, this being suddenly drains me of energy and makes my vision go black. Other times it's someone standing in my closet or bathroom doorway staring at me as I become sleepier and sleepier. Anyway, last night it was a different-- I woke up in the dream (it was still nighttime) and felt the urgent need to feed or give something to these ghost children who were all around me; I couldn't see them clearly but I felt them, and they were scurrying around me.
This isn't the first time I've dreamed of feeding orphaned dead children, so I have to wonder what it symbolizes. |

Over the past couple of months, I've woken up screaming from nightmares three times. It seems to happen whenever I'm stressed out—exams, travel, etc. Hopefully they'll go away now that summer's here.
