Never? Not sure about the learning stuff personally. Some scientists believe we dream to prepare ourselves, a dress rehearsal so to speak, for situations in life. But them pesky scientists say many things.

Yeah. And if I remember them, I remember them some weeks or days after I have dreamed them and then I get confused cos I sometimes don't know they were dreams and I think them as they were real and so... Guess I'm just going crazy cos I don't know what is real and what is not

I sometimes wish I couldn't remember my dreams. I have a friend who never remembered her dreams and commented on it frequently. One day, she takes me aside, tells me this one dream she remembered.

She dreamt that I was on a ship, and it sank. All of the rest of her dream pertained to this. She was at the funeral, and water came rushing in. She was at my grave, and the entire cemetery was swept away in water.

I'd not even told her that I planned on joining the Navy; she was just trying to advise me against cruising or anything like that. Several other people (Mom; cousin; best friend; boss) told me they had dreams that I drowned. May have been "symbolic" but I told the Naval recruiter that I wasn't going to sign.

vivid dream last night

i was in a house that wasnt mine with my client and his room mate. i was in an argument with a guy at my door and closed it on him. 5 minutes later i heard a knock at the door. i looked thru the hole and saw what looked to be an fbi agent.

i opened the door and he flashed his badge then quickly shot me 4 times through the chest with a silenced pistol. the guy i had argued with was standin there too and jumped back with a horror look on his face as if he did not know this other man or whether he would be shot too. the guy who shot me wqalked past me into the home and i yelled for my client and his room mate to run. but even in the dream i knew they had no chance and neither did i.

i remember in the dream thinkin 'fukc this is it' and it didnt evne hurt but i knew i was done. i felt the life slippin away from me and saw the shooters footsteps walk out of view. i knew in my dream that there was nothin i could do and the murders would likely never be solved. i felt my life leak out of me, thats how it felt and i awoke when i died.

so i didnt leave the house all day today

Dude, why wouldn't they be solved? Silencers don't actually silence the shot. They just slightly reduce it's volume and make it harder to figure out what direction the shot came from. It's a ****ing explosion, dude. Some cylinder on the complete opposite side of the explosion is going to silence something that you need to wear ear protection to fire indoors.

With any luck I've just ruined just about every James Bond movie ever made for you.

Did you not notice the part about it being the FBI?

Anyway..

I have recurring dreams about my dead pets. In the dreams I have not seen them since they died so when I see them I'm like "holy **** I have not seen you for X amount of years -- I'm so neglectful! How have you survived?"

Last night I had 2 dreams about my dead German Shepard/Alaskan Husky: He was out in the snow and I let him in - he's covered with snow and I'm thinking what the **** have I done?! I woke up and remembered the thing about how I dream about dead pets. Went back to sleep. Dreamt the same fucking thing immediately after. Horrifying!
