Keep having these terrifying recurring dreams about these awful things that are, in my dream "reality", called "The Wonderful Strange Ones". I don't know why; some person I'd never met before in my life was in the first dream, sitting next to me in the backseat of my car when I saw the first one...I call him "The Giant".
The Giant was massive, tall, and hunched, long grey hair matted with blood, and I saw him walking down a street (that exists in real life) very slowly, dragging something that appeared to be a military rucksack behind him. I turned back to see if anyone else in the car had seen him, and my friends were completely oblivious, talking about some song that was playing in the car. The person sitting next to me in the backseat said, "You see them too," really matter-of-factly. I just nodded, and asked, "What are they?" and he was like, "They're called the wonderful strange ones. Everyone can see them, but not everyone does see them." I realized that when I'd seen the giant, he'd taken on a sort of shimmery quality, the way things tend to look for me when I'm hitting a wave of a trip. I looked off to the other side, and saw these awful tiny humanoid things peering up at me from the tall grass. The guy was like, "Don't be afraid; they know when you're afraid," then everything shimmered again, and I came to (still in the dream, mind - not actually waking up) laying in my yard and saw these weird semi-transparent things in the tree line that were slithering...I think that's the best word for it, yeah...slithering between the branches and up the trunks, looking at me. I've had no less than a dozen dreams featuring these awful things, the most recent of which involved unseen things whispering that they know I'm afraid in my ear, and that there's nowhere I can run. I'm not looking forward to going to sleep, to be quite honest. |
I had a dream last night involving me living in a large mansion with a pet guinea pig that went mad and started getting bigger and chasing me around the house. Then it shape shifted into a human zombie, then back into a normal guinea pig. I kept referring to it as "the hamster."

I dreamed last night that I was a black singer and Jay Z and Kanye West were trying to kill me! So bloody weird.

i dreamt i had an enormous black dog as a pet, probably a Rottweiler, and it played with me
i think this is mostly due to the dog-equivalent, Woola in the movie John Carter |
I have really weird dreams. I worry about myself sometimes.

My goodness.....sometimes I get these dreams that turn out into a massive night terror fit where I have slept walked/run/smashed into something. They start out where something massive or dangerous is falling on me, and normally in my attempt to stop it from crushing me I've fully woken up from a collision I've had with whatever I've walked into.
The other night I had a dream that a massive bookcase was falling on me and it was going to squash me and all the children I was minding, I woke from a crash of all my things off my dressing table next to my bed and fell on the floor. Woke up in the morning with **** everywhere and handprints on the mirror where I must have been pushing against it in my attempt to keep teh bookcase from falling on me. |
I need some help, and it's starting to bother me a little bit.
For the past few nights, I have had dreams of killing someone, or a few people. I never know who they are because I can't see their face, but I remember clearly how I do it. I had a dream last night where I was putting a rope around this girls neck and threw her to the ground, and choked her to death. Only reason I am starting to worry, is because these sorts of dreams have been happening every night for the past two weeks so far. |

People like to give dreams huge complicated meanings that transend reality but all they really are is your brain trying to understand all those bastardly emotions and thoughts/images/actions you see all day mean. Your subconcious mind runs very strongly off emotion so if you can learn to control your waking emotion a little more and try to use stricly logic then essentially you will control your dreams to a greater extent, while having less bad ones. |
