I very, very rarely remember dreams. If I do remember them, I have to jot something down if it's something I want to remember or tell someone about, before I forget it shortly afterwards. Usually the only dreams I remember have been quite significant.
I remember last nights dream very clearly, for the first time in months...I found Miles Davis' Bitches Brew on CD for £0.68! |

My neurologist prescribed me a new medication a couple of days ago to deal with my chronic headaches, and mentioned one of the side-effects being strange dreams. I took it that night, became drowsy to the point that I felt like I was going to pass out on my feet, scurried over to the couch, fell asleep and dreamed that it was Halloween night and I was taking my parents out so they could go trick-or-treating.

I really don't remember all of this dream I had last night, and that's making it all the more unsettling to me.
I remember that I was with a large group of people I don't know. The world outside was really industrial, and we were all around some sort of nuclear power plant. As the dream progressed, I realized that the reason everything was so messed up was because this plant had a meltdown of some sort about a hundred years previous. I also came to discover that I was a ghost guiding these people around, having died when the meltdown occurred. The reason I was mainly there is because many of the other ghosts were angry and had found a way to complete destroy everyone else in the world. I was no part of this, so I was supposed to help the living people. As the dream continued, I became more and more disillusioned with humanity and just let them get careless and begin offing themselves one by one. Finally, they told me that they had a way to bring me back from the dead, but the cost was that there was going to be nothing after my life ran out; I was just going to die and be done with it. No more being a ghost for me. I don't remember a whole lot else, but I remember that I accepted it. Right as I accepted the deal and was brought back to life, I looked up and saw a huge cement silo tipping over and falling on me. There was seriously about 5 complete seconds of nothing, then I woke up all covered in sweat and shaking. Horrible, horrible, horrible dream.

For instance, if you're on a costume, it signifies you're putting on a facade towards others. since you're with your parents and you're trick or treating with your parents, it suggest you're trying to hide something from your parents. perhaps pretending to be something or doing something you're not accustom to just to please them. that i'm not sure. |

Our dog has epilation time or whatever you call it. So its winter coat gets thinner. I had one night dream where i brushed loosed fur away. I brushed and brushed until the dog disappeared.
Another strange dream: I was on a old and big mansion on a tour. We walked throug the floors until i found an supervision room, which was full of monitors whose were used to watch what happened on corridors. I looked one monitor and saw a dead man lying on a puddle of blood on floor. Somehow i felt that i had to go to that room. So i walked through the mansion and found stairs to cellar. Finally i was in that room. I went to that dead man. Then i saw an old man rest on a bed. ''He's not dead'', old man sain in English*(which is strange, because english, as you may see, isn't my native/mother tongue. And then the 'dead' man attacked me. I wake up immediatly. ^^That's was really scary. And i have seen really bad nightmares before that (zombie apocalypse, get stuck on elevator, being paralyzed, get lost on a dark forest etc. etc.) but that was maybe the creepiest one. I couldn't sleep for rest of night. |
