Dreamed I leapt off of a tall building into a lake. Someone else had convinced me to. He said that if I spun around very fast while falling, it would slow my descent into the water so I wouldn't be hurt. So I did, and I spun, but I scraped my leg against a statue/fountain in the lake (tearing open my big ugly 11 year old keloid scar in the process) so I was bleeding everywhere. I went up to the guy who had convinced me to jump and told him that it had been a stupid plan, but he wasn't listening. There was a girl there too who kept following me-- I don't know where we were, it was some chaotic gathering outdoors. I became concerned that the animals around us were dehydrated due to the heat and spent the rest of the dream ignoring everyone and scrambling to make sure all the stray dogs and other creatures had a vessel of water to drink from.
Oh, and at some point before that (but after the bleeding) I befriended some man seated at a wooden desk who had brown frizzy/curly shoulder length hair and round gold glasses. (He was just some benevolent grandpa type who was lurking around the dream) I was mainly just ranting to him while he occasionally handed me various odd conspiracy and alien related books which I accepted. Well, there's just always so many details I forget (unless I write them down immediately upon waking)-- they would be more interesting if not for that. The ones I post here are the bare bones version. |

Unexciting dream fragments from the past week:
-I was singing in a Charlie Brown themed musical, but kept going off on my own medleys that were not a part of it. After the show I came across a miniature model cathedral, like a doll house, almost-- very intricate. There were even teeny tiny candles inside-- golden-orange taper candles everywhere. I took it, and carried it around everywhere with me, intending to give it to someone as a gift. I ended up somewhere near El Paso. -I was in a five-story parking garage. Two wild baby bunnies were following me-- one black, one grey. They were amazingly docile and calm for wild bunnies. -I had taken a bus to Colombus, Ohio. I'm not sure if I went there on purpose or not. I had arrived there at night, in a downtown area, and walked around feeling rather bored. I soon left, and continued riding the bus to various other cities in the midwest, thinking about how depressing it was all the while. All the people I saw walking around outside looked half dead. At some point I stopped in some town-- I don't remember where-- and this girl, a former acquaintance of mine (who one of my exes may or may not have slept with/almost slept with secretly) was there. We were chatting and bonding, and planning some event. She always appears in my dreams now and then. |

If you can remember even the smallest snippet you're already further along than a great deal of people. Whole lots of em will go on about how they don't dream (even though that's not true, you can't just not dream) and that they don't care either way and dint pursue the dreams at all. But if you want to then you're closer to being a master dream architect than you might think
