an imaginary hovercraft that can only hover .00001 mm above the ground.

it's blue, green, red, and orange. has a painting of Justin Vernon on one door and Peter Gabriel on the other.

That was me before I got a car. Also got everywhere by taking the streetcar and the bus.

I drink to much to drive legally. My nikes do the trick often though lol. Cars are overated. Ive crashed plenty of them to know.

I never really liked walking.
It's okay if there's a lot of variation, but most of the time it's slow and boring.

We went on a trip yesterday to get this old Volvo:

It's my dad's car, but I'll be the one driving in it, as usual :D

It's very blue and very retro :D

Even my cat loves it :)

That interior is very, very eighties. And the seats are just brilliant.

Mean clean engine machine!

Five doors ftw!

i envy you guys for you can drive. i have no idea how to even turn the car on.
i mean, being a driver is the hardest thing on earth, personally. you have to hold the wheel, and then you have to look at the side mirrors and stuff, then you have to step on a lot of pedals and all the buttons you need to push. it's too much of a job for me so i never bother attending any driving lessons.

i drive a Proton Iswara - cheapest one in the market (cars depreciate, ya know, it's nothing more than a function for me)

i would like to get a 70s muscle car like a Maserati or a Dodge Viper

s_k 03-21-2011 08:36 AM

That's why I always buy seriously old second hand cars. Near to no depreciation.

I love driving! When I first learned to drive, I was intimidated by it, but then I practiced. That's all it takes, really.

s_k, how is that car? Does it drive nice? It probably does - Volvo's are absolute tanks, they last forever. My S70 is getting up to 120,000 kms and it still going great. Due for an oil change soon though.
