Oh yes, those pics could as well have been taken a couple of kilometers from here. I might as well if I get my lazy ass out before sundown. The countryside is literally just around the corner of my neighbourhood.

And regarding driving, well, it is an artform in itself. Like music.

The lower two pics are actually taken in front of my house.
As I said, I like where I live .
(I don't care for cities, love the countryside).

And driving can be an artform.
Haha, when my ex-girlfriend fell asleep on the passenger's seat I'd try to change gears so subtle that her head wouldn't move.
I hate automatic gearboxes, too. As I said, I like a challenge.
And to me, the feel of a gearbox is a part of the feel of a car.

I was on my way to make a remark about the importance of handling the lever in order to keep the girl satisfied along the ride, oh well...

the snow here is gone for now which is sad. Having a car + snow = fun. French cars are overhyped. I'm just biased by Ford. I quite like Renaults (clio sport 182 ) but have been told theyre also pretty problematic the clio sport is extremely expensive to repair if anything goes wrong with them. my friend had to get rid of hers because the exhaust needed repairing/replacing constantly.

I learned to drive with that car, and was hoping to get it once I was fully licensed, but it died . So I got my dad's car, the only car I ever remember him actually buying - a blue 2000 Volvo S70-T sedan, fully loaded. In hindsight it was a better choice than the LeBaron, although not a convertible. It has a sunroof though!

French cars are always incredibly reliable here and my two Japanese Mitsubishi's were nothing but trouble. It's a reverse world .
