It was a long, and hard task. I constantly had the thought of a cheeseburger melting in my mouth, but with real determination, I managed to keep away. :)

I still havn't eaten it yet, and it's the 6th day into the year! I'm a freak of nature, I know...

Wow, I was searching for a thread of this title and realised I was the one who started this one!

What are your resolutions people? I know not everyone sees the point in them (as you could make changes any time during the year), but for those who do post away.

This year I plan to go three months with having junkfood once a week and swimming twice a week. If that brings good results I'll then join a gym to work on strengthening my body, toning my muscles and reducing my overall body fat percentage. I though three months would be a good time frame.
