Smile The Return of The King

Who here has seen it and what do you think about it? I was going to go opening night, but I got delayed so I'm not going to get a chance to see it until like early next week. I've got a really busy weekend coming up. But back the movie. Was it everything you hoped for? Was it the best in the series? Let us know!

Some friends of mine went and saw it and said it was pretty good. However, I refuse to sit in a movie theatre for 3 hours and 39 minutes straight. I would go out of my mind. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not knocking LOTR at all.

I just saw The Return of the King last night (Saturday) and it was greeeeaaattt! The ending was kind of funny, though. You'll know what I mean when you get out of your seat and then sit back down. Overall, the movie was really awesome and I only wish there could be a 4th!

Here's a thought; let's stop labeling music and fighting over what genre a certain band is, and start listening to whatever pleases our ears no matter what anyone thinks of it! ;)

This is Lord of the Rings not the Hobbit! That's the least interesting book of the four. I wonder if they're going to go back and make a movie of it.

I thought Lord of the Rings WAS hobbit's or had hobbits or something that has to do with hobbits. :bandhead:

Ohhh!! I thought you were referring the the first book in the series called "The Hobbit". Yes, there are lots of hobbits in The Lord of the Rings books too.

I saw it two nights ago and I thought the movie was INCREDIBLE! The time goes by really quick until it gets to the ending which is about 30 minutes too long. I kept on standing up thinking it was over and it continued, but other than that it was great. Defenite worth the price of admission and I play on seeing it again.
