I just had a thought. If someone no this forum died, no one would know what happened to them. Cause when someone posts regularly for several months, they usually don't just leave. Perhaps SATCHMO or tommyrocker passed away or something...

I'm glad to know you care for your other MBer's. There would be so many dead people if when ever someone stopped posting they died.

actually, as morbid as that sounds, i too had that thought....noone would ever know something like that happened.....although , tommyrocker is alive and kicking, i'm sure stu would have informed us otherwise, and i don't think satchmo has passed away either, he disappeared right when the site was down for a week or so, i think the man just took it as an opportunity to get away from this site as far as possible...i was actually thinking of sending him an e-mail, just to ask what he's doing and why he left, but sadly, the bastard disabled the e-mail thingy...

i actually have thought of that before. its a little unsettling to imagine that members such as the ones you listed are suddenly gone without any warning...it kinda makes you think about what happened. that would seriously suck if they really were dead, although i doubt they are.
