Bandwith is something to deal with threads not accounts.

Honestly, just for me speaking, and I'd bet the other mods, I don't go around randomly checking IP's unless I ban someone, and then you can tell they've come back on another name. You just check to make sure the suspicion is right, and if it is, you can ban their IP so they can't continue to make other accounts.

I have no problem with people wanting a different name and making a new account. Of course, you could always ask GregB and he can change it for you and you can keep your posts/etc.

I used to be a moderator and I could just see the ips under the member name.

They changed the site and I was supposed to reregister my modship, but I was getting sick of the board, it was n00bs way worse than here, and some guys were being real *******s for no reason. There was like 3 chick memebers lol.
