I don't often have bad days, but when I do, they really suck. It's like everything is meant to go wrong, even if you don't think about it like that! Nothing that you do is good enough...

I'd agree with right track on the headbutt. Make sure that you land the top of your forehead on the bridge of their nose. Then, while they're blinded, quickly grab them behind the head, pull head down and knee up into jaw or face. Essentially, if you want to be sure of winning you have to make it quick and brutal! If at any point they grab hold of you then don't forget to stamp on their toes with the heel of your shoe!

And if somebody's swinging a punch at your face or a foot at your balls then stop the damn thing before it gets there. Its not difficult, just step out of the way!

ive always found fighting really stupid. i think sarcasm and wit is a better approach when "bullies" start giving you ****e.

I think it depends on whether you happen to be quick witted or good at fighting. Personally, when I was at school I loved having fights with bullies because they were never very good at it - they literally did seem to be too thick too ever block punches, so it was like hitting a punchbag with added sound effects.

Woah, I know that feeling. My ex could seem like a completely different person from one day to the next. Sometimes it was scary.
