Dun worry, the rest of my meals will be cholesterol free. I'm mostly vegetarian, but I love me some eggs.

One of my favourite breakfast foods. Sometimes I'll do it with a smoked salmon instead with similarly delicious results.

I'm not entirely sure but I think the last thing I ate was a bag of Funyions last night on a quick break. :-/ I should probably remedy that soon.

The difference is Lox is salmon that has been brined for several months. Chris, i'm with you on smoked salmon as an alternative.

Made it with this pastrami style smoked salmon a week ago with some cream cheese and a tiny bit of horseradish. So ****ing good.
