Arrested Development hands down, though I've never actually seen it on TV. Seinfeld, Scrubs, Top Gear and The Office are all great as well.

I don't really watch drama on TV, I mostly just stick with comedies and documentaries. Oh, and crappy reality television like Cheaters and Beauty and the Geek.

The only television I'll watch anymore (besides sporting events) is Flight of the Conchords & Arrested Development. Plus the occasional Seinfeld rerun, but it's on 24/7.
