I don't know anything about the health pros and cons but as someone who likes curvy women I'm horrified by the impact of Ozempic. What it did to Barbie Ferreira is absolutely brutal. My partner tried one pill a while ago and it made her vomit and feel like **** for the whole day, thanks goodness. The family curves are secure, for now.

Wait are you just an evolved spambot promoting the diabolic drug?

broccoli. Lately, I've been exploring different types of salads to add variety to my meals. Salads can be super versatile, and I love how I can mix in fresh veggies, proteins, and dressings for a satisfying meal. For some amazing ideas, I came across a great article on BetterMe: https://betterme.world/articles/types-of-salads/. The options are endless, and I feel so much better after incorporating them into my diet!

I used to dislike broccoli too, but now I can't imagine my diet without it.

For me, it’s definitely liver. No matter how it’s cooked, I just can’t get past the taste or texture. Same with olives—people say they’re an acquired taste, but I’m still not there yet. Not long ago, I came across a site called https://betterme.world/articles/chair-yoga-for-seniors/, and it actually helped me rethink my approach to food. I started focusing more on what fuels me and what makes me feel good after eating, rather than just forcing myself to eat “healthy” stuff I don’t enjoy. It made the whole process of eating well way more sustainable.
