Default Clapton or SRV

I only ask because I said that Steveie was better than eric the other day and I got laughed at. I don't know, to me, SRV plays much better blues guitar than clapton does. Even rolling stone said that clapton was 4 and vaughn was 7. Am I alone in thinking this?

If you only managed to check out his instrumental cover of Hendrix's Little Wing it would be enough.
