John Mayer chooses to be a soft rock/pop rock artist, for the most part. The blues stuff he has done, however, is simply amazing, and shows he's really one of the best blues guitarists of this generation, even if he is a total twat

I heard some of his Muzak, in what universe is he deemed "blues"?
