Had this on a lot this week. Jeff Parker’s guitar work on this album is fabulous. Roberts has developed a much more distinct sound since this release in 2007 but this is still essential and unassailable.

great stuff too!
i wanted to go buy a record as a gift to a jazz-lover, couldnt find the record i wanted so over the next couple of days i downloaded and began listening some of the available options, and i have heard like 3-4 masterpieces for the first time!
