St. Germain is the stage name of French musician Ludovic Navarre who mixes elements of Jazz with Electronica. The 2000 album Tourist is the last album he made under the St. Germain umbrella and it is a classic hybrid of those genres and regarded as a cult classic.

Appealing to both Jazz and Electronica audiences without compromising ideals, it is a must hear for any who want to dabble in either genres.

Personally I think this album is more than on par with French bands that struck big in the 90's E.G Air and Daft Punk.
