I would recommend checking out Where In the World?, Have a Little Faith, and The Intercontinentals. Frisell is the man!

Two excellent Frissel records are "Blues Dream" and "Good Dog Happy Man"... There are of course many other records by Bill but I recommend these very highly.

I heard of Bill Frisell through his work on an album called The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull by Earth. He really added a lot to that album with very few notes, and then later I was blown away by some of his solo work. Disfarmer and the Intercontinentals are probably my two favorites, though I haven't heard everything. We also happen live in the same city which is always neat to learn. Great to see a thread for him here.
