Default rainy night jazz noir- oxymoron?

Anybody know the name of the song Oscar Peterson does that features a piano, saxophone and the sound of rain? Laura Ingraham uses it as the background for a segment called "America in Decline".

You have already asked this same question in Noir Jazz thread. There's no need to open a new thread.
