to call it jazz is foolish. just because it has marimba and a double bass doesn't NOT make it jazz. it's a pop song. plain and simple. it connects the dots and follows the patterns. there is NOTHING of this track that even halfway even resembles jazz. it gets lounge-y around 3 minutes in. the sax solo sounds forced and tacked on, hardly an obscure instrument in rock/pop music either.

this is about as jazz as alanis morrissette (as in - not at all)
