I am interested in jazz from the 1920s. Can someone recommend me some artists from that time period that are good? I think a lot of them were orchestras.
I don't like big band swing or later Coltrane Bird Miles Davis stuff, just that exuberant 1920s stuff. Is it Dixieland? I am not sure but I am talking about Ain't She Sweet and Sweet Georgia Brown etc- just rollicking fun music to my ears. |
