Default Esbjorn Svensson Trio

I got a couple of albums by this Swedish trio a couple of days ago and I like them a lot. It's very easy on the ears and could be a good starting point to anyone who wants to dip their toes in Jazz waters. That main man Esbjorn Svensson died in a scuba accident last year adds a little poignancy. It's nothing spectacular but great background music.

Jazz does Radiohead:

That cover managed to sound even creepier than the original. I'm certainly interested.

That Radiohead cover was fantastic. Do they have like a covers album or something like that? or do you recommend an album to start with?

I only have two albums and there are no covers on there. Viaticum is a good album.

Strange Place for Snow and Leucocyte are both top albums, Leucocyte was the last album before his untimely death I believe. Beautiful piano jazz at times, at others nicely chilled electronic back beats. Top band, top albums.
