Default Anyone heard of Gwyneth Herbert?

Hey. I went along to Ronnie Scott's the other day, and there was this quite young Gwyneth (such a cool name). She really seemed to connect with the audience while singing, and she went down really really well, and it was Ronnie Scotts afterall. Anyway, she sang some well knowns, like Fever, some of her own songs I imagine, and what I thought was a fantastic Portishead cover! Just wondering if anyone else had seen/heard about her, all i know is that she has an album coming out really soon, that I'll be buying...

Default She's great

I'm sure you have her CD by now. She's terrific isn't she ...and coming to NY to the Oak Room in March. I'm glad to hear she's good live. Her covers are all interesting and unique. She's hard to classify as a singer since she's all over the map musically. I really like the ballads whne she sings almost in a whisper. But the end of Fever, I got one

Hi-
I haven't followed her career for the last few years so I'm not sure what she's up to. I don't think she's toured New York or US generally or I would have spotted her I think.

You should come back in another four years and let us know if you haven't heard anything though.
