Great concert. Very short, though, since it was a festival show. After what seemed like half way through one of the Horntveth brothers introduced the last song, Prognisserkongen. Afterwards they came back to do a couple of more, closing with the Oslo Skyline.
Great, great experience. Totally worth all the hassle. Don't think I've ever seen so many effect pedals at once. |

Awesome, glad they're still putting on great shows though it's disappointing that you had to see them at a festival (I had the same situation). It's pretty obvious that they'd all rather play for longer, though I suppose some is way better than none in this case.
Speaking of foolish amounts of effect pedals... you ever seen Kevin Shields' setup (from My Bloody Valentine)? Pretty sure he's top of the pile out there hahaha |

Indeed they are. Yeah, that was a bit of a let down. I might see Mathias Eick on his own later this year at Øya (one of Norway's biggest festival). Are you familiar with his other work?
I have not seen his setup, but if I'm to believe google images he's got quite a few! |
