Default Raymond Scott

All right, anyone remember this guy off of the old Bugs Bunny cartoons; e.g. Powerhouse (amazing song by the way)? Alot consider him to be a novelty jazz musician. I say that is bogus... he is one of the greatest music pioneers and had far more work than cartoon-work. His music wasn't even created for cartoons! His 50s-60s work with Manhatten Research, Inc. was one of electronic musics firsts... and it is very strange/eerie (in a good way), some dub it 'obscuro'. Anyone with any interest in incredible jazz innovators should check out Raymond.
