I was only listening to these a few days ago. Great band and I love their sound, not just the actual songs but the guitar and organ combo sound. I only have a greatest hits. Is that all you really need or is there a hidden gem album out there?

Green Onions gets my blood flowing and my foot tappin like no other song does. I would definetly consider it a masterpiece. Booker T. puts a whole new definition on "organ". Looked back at some posts that said he was only 16 when this was recorded. That is really remarkable.

One day in my Spanish class, the teacher was gone so everyone had me DJ for them, so I got out my speakers and blasted Green Onions as loud as my speakers would go, haha, and I mean to tell you, you could hear it on the whole other side of the school. Didn't get to play it for very long though before some of the teachers caught on . But definelty worth it for that first minute.
