Can anyone recommend the right type of care and treatment for inner elbow (approx the funny bone area) for tenderness in that part of the arm from extensive playing?

for something like tennis elbow? id talk to an Orthopedic Surgeon/Physician, but im not a dr, so dont sue me if im wrong.
