Default Consulting The Right Doctor For Elbow Pain

Can anyone recommend the right type of care and treatment for inner elbow (approx the funny bone area) for tenderness in that part of the arm from extensive playing?

I live in San Francisco.

RICE Rest Ice compression and elevation. When you think it's better get some weights out and just do a few reps..Tell me because I've had it before + an ankle injury so I can help if you need it.. Get well soon!! xx

See a sports therapist they are the best for musicians.
Learning to strengthen the muscles after is also very important.
Consulting a teacher to make sure technique is correct is also important.
