Default Hey guys! Bedroom artist from KY here

My name is Jacob, I'm 21 and I don't have a lot of experience with old school forums like this, but this site seems cool and the people seem friendly and the pandemic has me dying to find people to talk music with.

I'm a computer science student who spends most of my free time in my campus apartment room recording and writing songs. I'm way into dream pop, post punk, and indie rock, stuff like that (and I love old school hip hop) but I like pretty much everything. Definitely would be cool to talk gear with some people or trade production tips! I'd also love to hear music from unknown artists.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

We have the odd post-punk and indie-rock fan here.

Not going to listen to that myself so much, but love the video that goes well with it...tad short though...

Through listening to singers/bands people mention on here, I look them up and give them a go..then I heard Florence and now listening to her greatest hits, guess more indie genre really...like and know some of the songs but never paid enough attention to her til just now...
