Hi
I think my problem is my favorite is who ever I'm listening to at the time but if I had to choose one I guess Bix Beiderbecke from the old days even tho hes suppose to be a jazz man there is lots of Blues in his music, of the current artist that would be Seasick Steve

This is "Mississippi John Hurt" I don't get where you are going with "dead cowboys." People got shot up and died just as much they did in a Mississippi John Hurt song as cowboys did in Marty Robbins song.
