The answer here would be pretty obvious, I'd say it's in between Daydream Nation and Dirty. If I had to pick up one of them, it would be Daydream Nation. I also like the self-titled EP a lot.
And to be very honest, I haven't listen carefully to any stuff from NYC Ghost & Flowers onwards.

And if you're checking The Folk Implosion (which name is said to be a pun on Jon Spencer Blues Explosion), I'd recommend you to start by
The New Folk Implosion record. The previous stuff is too lo-fi.
