I strive for abrasiveness, both in music and social interaction.

Any favorite bands?
Thanks. Did the responses to the ass wiping question end up divided between "standing up" and "sitting down", by any chance?

Also, to answer your question: I can't immediately compile a list of absolute favorites, but I've been enjoying Black Boned Angel a lot, recently. Specifically the first track in their "The Witch Must Be Killed" album. Would try to link, but apparently I have to get to 15 posts, firsts.

Nah, more between bidets and scooping it out with Oriphel's feet.

A few. Our friendly neighborhood Mondo Bungle just released a fantastic album on his Bandcamp that you can check out here: https://troublesalad.bandcamp.com/al...-candle-fiasco

That piece of **** Kiiii that you were talking too also makes music, and he released an album recently as well: https://catswithhats.bandcamp.com/album/twins

My best friend and closest companion Frownland makes a ton of different stuff, found here: https://deafbox.bandcamp.com/

Most of us are just layabouts though.

Look for yourself, it goes deeper into the as*hole than that: How do you wipe your ass?

I'm a musician, but not to the point of having any actual songs that you could listen to. Just an assortment of riffs with varying degrees of quality. Usually poor.

If I had to describe my taste in one word, I'd call it experimental -- my preferences are generally pretty niche, and even then, limited within that field. I'm heavily inclined toward what I'd describe as textured bleak music.

Favorite genres include classical, with the occasional baroque piece thrown in (always Bach); industrial, along with its post-industrial offshoots like harsh noise, japanoise, power electronics, neofolk (hard to navigate with all the repulsive, fascist rot), and dark ambient; black metal, especially stuff of the ambient variety; and drone/drone doom. I'm also fond of some dreampop and synthpop material.

I look forward to meeting y'all and discovering lots of new music.

Cheers.
Oh nice genre smorgasbord, welcome. Do you like the dancier side of post-industrial that's been going on recently?

Thanks. No examples of recent, dancy post-industrial immediately come to mind -- could you link me something, please?
