Does anybody know this claymation music video??

I used to listen to this song all the time and I can't remember what it was! Ok the music video is claymation and is about two (horses I think?) That fall in love during the fall/winter, then the girl (horse?) leaves the other one during the spring when the flowers come up? It's a terribly sad video, lol I remember it being one of those songs where I didn't watch the video much, just listened to it or else I'd be too distracted by the sadness! :P Anywho, does this video ring a bell with anybody?
