Greetings.

Welcome to this place. What's your favourite album and how many times have you heard it?

The Batlord 11-11-2017 06:56 PM

I'm gonna guess that's it's a Megadeth album, them being at the top of his list and his location being Youthanasia.

OccultHawk 11-11-2017 07:08 PM

I like your list, especially the hip hop. You like fancy DJ work, huh?

You misspelled Coltrane.

Welcome.

Incorrect, although it is my favorite Megadeth album

Hard Question, especially because so many genres popped in my head. Im not really a person who listens or watches my favorite things all the time so the plays may seem low to some people. Although i dont play it very much the feeling never Fades, my favorite album is probably:

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped...ntegration.jpg

ive listened to it maybe a little bit of 30 times.

How do you mean? I've got some problems with it myself. Generally, I'll say I don't like it, but then there's a very rare song that I might like, or an artist I'll be curious about for a moment. Like I feel like I should or could like R&B at least somewhat.

My personal favorite of the big 4. I'd say all of their 15 albums so far range from excellent to at least fairly enjoyable. Agree or disagree?

If you want to blatantly, shamelessly fanboy about something shameful, then you have come to the right website.

I mean that is Kenny G. I don't think even we're ready for that.

Ive liked a couple songs. Mainly from the 60s/70s era of R&B. I haven't listened to much 80s but I think the 90s (outside of maybe 4 Artist) are down right terrible.

The weird thing is I don't know why I don't care for R&B. I just know I can't stand it

The Batlord 11-12-2017 09:36 PM

Oh **** I forgot about Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I've not listened to much Cash past Live at Folsom Prison, but that's the first country album I ever bought and I love it. He just has so many ****ing albums that I've not known where to start besides compilations and I hate compilations. I've only just started with Merle Haggard with a handful of albums though but I already love a lot of what I've heard.

Old school country has been my newest love of the last couple years.

SoundboardTerrorSquad 11-12-2017 09:58 PM

Going where the lonely go just has this distinct authenticity with every lyric in every song. A certain passion with every song, a feeling that's hard to replicate

You like Aesop Rock. Are you down with RhymeSayers and DefJux?

It's nice to meet others who appreciated El-P BEFORE 'Run The Jewels.'

You ever listen to Chino XL or R.A. The Rugged Man? Maybe some Immortal Technique?

Fantastic damage is one of the best hip hop albums ever made. Not to mention his hand in The Cold Vein from cannibal ox. I like tech and RA, admittedly other than certain features ive never listened to Chino XL
