Default Y'all scare me

So, I used to creep around these boards years ago and I came back because sometimes other places, well, sometimes you need a break from other places.

My name is Dee. My mom raised me on classic rock and I inherited her love for GNR, AC/DC, Journey, Priest, Maiden... but then I discovered Death, Pestilence, Bolt Thrower, Obituary... those kinds of bands. But I also have a soft spot for Kendrick Lamar and Logic (don't tell my friends).

I like stupid humor and sarcasm. Big Rick and Morty fan and even though I love zombie movies and don't mind gore, I don't like scary movies. I probably like animals more than I like people. So maybe I'll just go back to lurking like a creeper.

I like Kendrick Lamar. Have ever noticed that if you sing rap lyrics like country songs they sound significantly more racist?

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

That would require me to know something about country.

Journey is just sentimental to me, because my mom used to sing it to me when I was a kiddo. It's one of those things where the memories override the quality... like a ****ty meatloaf dinner. I used to be a little more obnoxious on Reddit, but then I stopped and let my adulting seep into my online life. Would not recommend.

Here's two. Stellar pop/rock songwriting.

Greg Rolie and Steve Perry killing it vocally. You need this album Bat.

I hear adulting is overrated. And the only excuse to sing Journey is when you're falling down drunk so I hope you called child services.

Anyone who has a cat avatar is a friend of mine. Is he/she yours? Name? Details? So cute. Anyway, welcome: we're not all arseholes here. Well, except for The Batlord. And me. And Frownland. And Qwertyy. And 1blankmind. And everyone else. I think there might be one nice person here, but we tend to hunt him for sport. You're welcome to join in. It's fun!
