I like that idea of period snaps.. seeing how one changes of course but still shows a good solid persona. I hate most of my photos that I have maybe not hate but see them as pretty no no. have a handful that are ok only. whilst my husband is much more photogenic and love his I am looking like a pop star look when he had lots of hair....and when in the forces in Hong Kong he looked too too young to be a soldier...

Squats are for quads. Glutes are involved but squats don't really work them enough for growth.

^^ Incorrect, squats absolutely work for glutes. If you google which muscles are involved in squats, glutes are listed as one of the primary muscles. They're not even secondary muscles involved. You don't even need google to tell you that, just try doing a big squat session, you're more likely to get muscle ache in your glutes than quads.

Sadly, it´s from about 40 years ago. I used to go hiking round the Lake District area in N W England, where the hills reach an impressive height (for England) of 950 metres and more.
