Great to see you doing well! Seeing someone in the throws of addiction always breaks my heart, and my heart was breaking quite a bit for you back then.

Hey, there Ribbons! Thank you kindly.

I do, actually. I have a mini, a Dynamic Discs Defender, and a Wham-O 180g freestyle all with the Cap'n shield stamp.

Squats are for quads. Glutes are involved but squats don't really work them enough for growth.

adidasss 07-24-2021 05:33 AM

^^ Incorrect, squats absolutely work for glutes. If you google which muscles are involved in squats, glutes are listed as one of the primary muscles. They're not even secondary muscles involved. You don't even need google to tell you that, just try doing a big squat session, you're more likely to get muscle ache in your glutes than quads.

Thanks adidasss!

Sadly, it´s from about 40 years ago. I used to go hiking round the Lake District area in N W England, where the hills reach an impressive height (for England) of 950 metres and more.
I think my photo was specifically at St.Sunday Crag: not the highest, but in among the big boys:-
