Women have on average less water and less blood in their body and this is why they metabolise alcohol at a slightly faster rate than men, IE - they get drunk more quickly than men, and tend to need slightly less alcohol to achieve the progressive stages of intoxication. Ergo - if you are a small man, then you probably can't hold your beer any better than a medium or large woman, unless of course you are an alcoholic, in which case you are cheating.

Cirrhosis my play a part in changing your mind. But of course, you wont find this out for another twenty years, or at least until you start retaining fluid, vomiting, losing the sensation in your legs and pissing blood.
