What city were you visiting there?

Rostasi looks like he's got someplace way better to be.

In the first picture, I'm with friends just outside of Köln.
The guy on the left is a friend from München and that's
where I'm visiting and leaving by train to Frankfurt in
the second and third photos.

I've heard Köln is a nice city. I've only been to Berlin and Frankfurt.

^ I've changed trains at Koln station a couple of times - I even had time to go and inspect its famous cathedral, which is almost next-door. I think Berlin has a lot more to offer a visitor though, because of the fascinating Wall, etc.

sound info (it creates a kind of psychedelic rippling effect), but've been in limbo about doing it.

Probably not, unless I went with a brick umbrella to protect me from the shitcloud that surrounds him wherever he goes.

Lots of good things to say about Köln and München. Frankfurt is an interesting place -
more of a financial district (home of the Euro). I've used it as a jetlag stop since 2001,
because I have a non-stop to there from my home and it's a good place to stop and
gather your wits before moving on. Good restaurants and I've a favorite hotel there.

Yeah, he is a magnet for drama. Also, his stage show is terrible and his fans are like 16. Well, most of them. I'm not.

We kicked him out, Batlord kinda told us what everyone already knew. Even from that still picture I posted up a month ago it was obvious how much he didn't fit with us, and yeah he actually was a bit of a douche.

No worries, I did gain way too ****ing much weight. Luckily I can walk and my ankle is stable enough to do pushups again so I'm trying to make my way back to a healthier weight. High impact stuff like running is too much though.

Anyway, probably burned 5 pounds of fat last night losing my **** at Shabazz Palaces's otherworldy performance and another 5 pounds wandering the streets of LA trying to figure out how to put what I saw into words and who the **** I was until my train came at 6 AM.

Oohh! I sympathize. When Baby #6 was a month old, I blacked out in the street while holding her. Incidentally, I delayed the whole city parade for half an hour while waiting for the ambulance, but I broke my ankle horribly. It's never really recovered, and it's seven years later.

But one thing that I have found that helps is swimming. I cannot do any of the high-impact exercises I used to do. And dancing... :( That's hard to lose.

Anyway, swimming has really helped me. It has enabled me to get some of the strength back, and it helps keep me from ballooning too much. :) Maybe you could try that?
