I dunno. I've played regular golf pretty much my whole life. There just wasn't a disc golf course near me to get into it. I like frisbee too. I should find one out here.

There are disc golf courses everywhere, they just aren't advertised. There are at least four in my area that I would never have known about if I hadn't just stumbled upon the game.

Seriously, you're never going to get a full man beard unless you grow and shave a few times. It really does come in thicker each time.

4. Don't list to Chula either...

Combed it out for shits and giggles. My friend wants to braid it, I might post a pic. It's getting to be tournament worthy length, but my chin stopped growing (I fear this might be the best I'll ever get).

Spoiler for length:

I really believe it's just in the genes. Age helps. Exercise helps too. Also, smoke lots of cigarettes and wear black shirts a lot. Worked for me.

It's getting pretty fucking soft, but it's always wiry by the end of the day.

Same here except I don't use butter. Just oil which I need more of. I also don't shower every day anymore because we try to conserve water to my beard can get pretty brillo pad like.

I'm sure you'll swiftly ignore this since rationality and evidence-based reasoning isn't really your thing, but check what the science says instead of your feeble anecdotal nonsense.

I couldn't imagine succumbing to that mindset. Also, no you do not get a dumbass pass, just like everyone else.

Probably was a literal old wive's tale too tbh. "How do I get my idiot son to shave that stupid **** off his face? Oh! I'll tell him it grows back faster! Thank god that kid can't figure much out, makes things like this easy."

DwnWthVwls 04-19-2017 12:44 PM

Since when did age become an excuse for ignorance? Shame on you Chula, I know you were really just looking to bust on Frown for his awful attempt at growing a beard, but still.

Also, Bob you look like you're sitting inside of a painting, that door is freakin me out.

Frownland 04-19-2017 12:46 PM

Ja I got that same exact beard from when I was 20 (which was when Chula started using this inside joke among others to force himself into the community without having to do any quality posting). Nothing's changed since then.

innerspaceboy 04-19-2017 12:56 PM

You're never too young to start growing a beard.

Just for Chula, I went up into the attic, tracked down a piece of luggage from 17 years ago, dug out the only two paintings I've done in my life, photographed them, and uploaded them for your bemusement.

This is "Cresent Fresh"

And this one is titled, "Scram"

Suffice it to say I never graduated from art college.

Yes. This.
Seventeen, in college, grew a thick beard right away. Had it for a few months.
Shaved it cause it made me look a decade older. Haven't grown one since.

DwnWthVwls 04-19-2017 01:58 PM

I could barely grow a goatee at 17.. Silly kids hitting puberty at 12.

ISB, you really haven't aged except for the greys. Definitely, bring back the fro.

Chula Vista 04-19-2017 02:03 PM

ISB, those are both great! I'd buy prints if the price was right.

Tristan_Geoff 04-19-2017 02:04 PM

I've had facial hair since I was 9. Still can't grow much more than a semi-thick mustache and a goatee.

I don't use a specific shampoo/conditioner but I do have a balm that I use daily. Keeps it nice and soft. If what's her face didn't bail so soon I would have gotten some products from her.

DJ, here's your twin.

Lawl at that advice. Also twin is pretty accurate.
You just need to have good genes. Dont waste your money on those growing beard pulls either. My beard has always grown in patchy that is why I would always shave but I have let it grow and just suffered through the patchy phase to get to where mines is at now.

So that's me, on the right, in my favorite AC/DC hoodie (and too big cargo pants). With a glorious beard you all should be envious of :P
And no, we're not a terrorist cell, it's airsoft ;) And real men don't need camo! (or any sort of protection apart from some goggles, for that matter). Not against puny asg pellets.
I also have to point out the bruises take 10+ days to go away :D
