My point was, Prozac won't make a person depressed, if they weren't to begin with.

I always thought that statistically it would make sense for people who are on Prozac to be more likely to kill themselves, but I guess there might be some explanation of how Prozac can actually make you more depressed.

Which is a good point.
I think it may (I'm no expert) have something to do with increasing the levels of anxiety, which lead to increased depression in some people.
I know different antidepressants effect some people differently. What suits one, may not suit another.

I guess trying different medication until a person finds the one that suits them best would probably be the best solution...if they haven't topped themselves by then.
