Disclaimer: My great niece from back east. She's 14 now and OD'd last night on alcohol and prescription meds she stole from her aunt. (saw it coming from a mile away but there was nothing anyone could do) Stomach pumped and resting in the hospital. Chopsticking came very naturally to me. One time I tried to teach my grandma how to do it, and as a result I overthought it way too much and forgot how to use chopsticks for like a month. I try not to get wrapped up in technique these days.
