That actually happened to me just before at work, I was putting money on a guys library card and he was asking me all these questions and as I answered his eyes glazed over but he was just staring at me. His responses were like really delayed as well! I was like whoa someones keen. :laughing:

I only lost my temper once there. I am of the opinion is that if you treat your staff well and get on with them then they respect you and put that extra effort in when required. The trick is not to be TOO aimiable otherwise they will then just take the piss. Failing that the whip comes out.
