Also, is that your family tartan? It just a random one?

My family tartan is actually putrid, I'll be glad to inherit someone else's if I get married.

It's just a random one, Douglass tartan I believe. My last name is actually German but my mother's family are named Driscoll. But for the life of me I couldn't find a Driscoll tartan online...

FETCHER. 05-06-2012 07:04 AM

Mines actually isn't bad. I must've looked at the tartan for the different spelling of my surname.

Are you from Scotland? Yeah? I just know alot of people who have a Scottish heritage who wear the kilts to proms too :).

This is my family's tartan. The name originated from Northern Ireland back when the Scotti and Dal Riada gaelic tribes ruled there

Kilts are for real men!

James 05-06-2012 04:29 PM

I don't have a tartan. My surname is too obscure, you probably wont have heard of it.

If it wasn't so bright in that pic it'd be nicer. I googled the tartan and seen it as a real material. A school nearby me has that as their uniform. :)

this is mine, I quite like it.

My ancestors fled scotland 500 years ago as mercenaries to fight for Red Hugh O Neill's army against the English, my dad has traced our family back a good bit. They settled around Munster after Hugh O Neill's army were in retreat rather than follow him all the way to the North again.

FETCHER. 05-07-2012 04:25 AM

I have no real idea where my family came from but I have a fully Scottish name, so maybe just here :(.

PLease say yes! I would love if cartoons were real and just in another dimension, and they were watching us on the internet all the time, only you are thte first cartoonian to break the ice and introduce himself by posting his picture. So are your lives usually that chirpy and happy? Or is that an act for the screen and really you are all just as miserable and violent as we are?
