My family tartan is actually putrid, I'll be glad to inherit someone else's if I get married.

It's just a random one, Douglass tartan I believe. My last name is actually German but my mother's family are named Driscoll. But for the life of me I couldn't find a Driscoll tartan online...

Mines actually isn't bad. I must've looked at the tartan for the different spelling of my surname.

My ancestors fled scotland 500 years ago as mercenaries to fight for Red Hugh O Neill's army against the English, my dad has traced our family back a good bit. They settled around Munster after Hugh O Neill's army were in retreat rather than follow him all the way to the North again.

I have no real idea where my family came from but I have a fully Scottish name, so maybe just here :(.
