I think it's the fact that he's only 35 (-ish?) that makes him look young, not the shaved head...

LOL. I do have to say that I am extremely lucky in that I look young for my age and am rarely ill (one day off work in 4 years) and considering I'm a beer monster too. I do balance things out though. I eat as well as I can, drink vegetable juice, plenty of water and walk approx 20 miles each week. My missus hates the fact that I'm never ill too. It will probably catch up with me in old age.

Yeah it's a pretty good pic.

Unfortunately he got sick and passed away near the end of last year. Aside from that, he was pretty healthy and quite sharp. Until a couple of years ago, he would wake up early every morning and go feed his chickens. He made it to 100 (link).
