Its unintentionally hilarious.

In fairness, isn't Glasgow one of the most renowned gutters of the UK? :P Much of Scotland is indeed beautiful, but like every country it has its..... bad spots.

I gotta hand it to ya, you remembered approximately what the song might have been. The times I have been photographed belting out a chorus or verse at either karaoke or in a bar after something I liked actually came on, I was far too drunk to both be in that position and remember it.
