That's actually really funny.
But you live somewhere in what... A country where I expect people to look different :) |
the moon
lol I live in the UK man |
What? I just read you're a muslim.
Or we have two Cruksters. |
Yeah I am man, I'm from Turkey originally but I've lived in the UK all my life. Quite a lot of Muslims here tbh. Where do you think I learnt my ninja skills?
http://grandcentralblog.files.wordpr.../09/veiled.jpg |
Quite a lot of muslims here too.
It's said some of the muslim extremists are trying to turn the whole world into a muslim world and we should be afraid. What's your vision on that? (I like to point out: I am Not racist at all :)) |
The muslim extremists are trying to turn the world entirely muslim, but the muslim extremists in my experience make up a tiny percentage of the muslim community in my area, who are peaceful and understandably embarrassed by the actions of the few that get media attention.
|
I'm sure there's some people that would wanna instate Sharia law worldwide. There are some people that are pushing to have it instated in Islamic communities here in the UK. Imo that defeats the purpose of living here, it shouldn't be one law for some another for others.
I don't think Worldwide Sharia law is the answer. I have an Uncle who says the whole World will be Islamic one day. But the way he means it if you actually talk to him, is that the whole World will one day be United; a World Society, and, not so much fundamentalistically, but not liberally either because liberalism equates to a floppy dik, no, MODERATLY, is the right word - moderatly the basic concepts of the Abrahamic Faiths will be agreed upon, accepted and taught worldwide, which is quite like what "Sufism" proposes. When it gets to that point, I really couldn't care what people call themselves; Muslim, Jew, Christian, etc. and I don't think it matters tbh. One Race, One Planet, One Universe, One Almighty God, in my belief. I think people worry too much over the semantics of what things are called. What I am getting at is that's not important imo, imo its the things people do that are important, and Islam teaches a lot of good in that respect. As do Judaism and Christianity, if the minor differences between the 3 could be settled you'd find there's actually a lot of similarities. |
I just wonder, the media seem to be scaring us with talk about Jihads, Koran, Fitna.
There have been some attacks by muslim extremists in europe and the USA the last couple of years and I just wonder, how scared should we be? I mean, the same happened years ago with christian crusades and such, but I'm living now. And I am wondering what's actually going on. I'd like to point out that this is in no way an attack to your religion or to your race. I am just a bit worried because of the stuff you hear nowadays and, as silly as this may sound, you probably are the first muslim I talk to :D. I'm not into any religion myself by the way. I don't see much good coming from religions and I'd prefer to have them gone. But that's another story. I don't like any of them 'better'. It's like you say, they have so many things in common. |
It could happen, but it's definitly not the agenda of all Muslims to enforce Sharia Law on the World. That's just the extremists man, Islam in general is about tolerance. Makes no sense what some of the extremists/terrorists do in it's name.

most of the non-Muslims thought they were vampiric creatures who are afraid of the sunlight, who abducted children for ritualistic sacrifices |
lmao vampires
I got grilled about it once in a Humanities class. We were talking about whether it's "oppressive" or not, I wasn't really interested cos I think it's a dead horse, escapes most people that most women choose to wear it so I was just staying out of it. But I'm sitting there and the teacher is saying blah blah blah blah And someone makes a point "Oh, the women aren't objectified as much because you can't see their body" And the teacher says "Hmm yeah but maybe for some people it just makes them more curious what's under there" And I chuckled quite loudly and went HUH yeah. Man the whole class turned to me, and I was on the spot. The teacher was like ohrly? Why's that then? And I spent the next half an hour digging myself more and more into a hole talking about how they might actually have some really nice boobs under there or something, they're asking me "how would you know?" and I started getting into scenarios where it'd be ripped off and everything, then I tried to pull it back by saying oh but yeah er I just mean they have sexy eyes sometimes I mean. Everyone thought I was some sort of sex offender or something *facepalm* there is no edit button irl |

What I *do* notice, though, is...hey! Where is your hat?! :p: You used to always have a hat on in your MB pics. Are you out of your hat phase? Quote:
I still like your wall paper. It makes the room look very comfy and cozy and warm, Jackhammer, with that golden glow and lovely red stripes. It looks so...so...TRADITIONAL...which contrasts nicely with the tough, burly man in wristlaces. And I do believe you have a necklace on, too! :) |

Save those pics because she looks more like a girl on every new pic I see coming from her ;).
Apart from that: Jailbait! |
okay add "paedophile androgynous fetish" to my list
|
Hahaha, you might want to be careful with that.
But she's a nice girl, indeed :) |
not saying she isn't

I have been stuck in that pose for months now. It took me that long to move my aged bones to obscure my face. I have never heard the term wristlaces in my life. I have always called them bracelets even if they are cheap and nasty! and yes that is a necklace. I like wearing cheap crap from cheap stores unfortunately. |

I knew it! I knew it! You *have* been stuck in that same pose all these months!!!! ;) I had never heard the term wristlaces before in my life, either. I just made that up. 'Wristlace' seems more reasonable and consistent than 'bracelet.' A ring of jewelry around the neck is to 'necklace' as a ring of jewelry around the wrist is to 'wristlace.' It's also kind of pretty, isn't it? And what is a 'bracelet' anyway? Is a bracelet when you rent a scoliosis back brace from someone, kind of like a sublet appartment? (bada boom!) Anyway, there's nothing wrong with cheap crap from cheap stores. I had assumed someone who likes macrame made your necklace and wristlaces for you. They have a natural, rustic look to them. I prefer cheap crap. That way you never have to worry about it being lost. Cheap crap with sentimental value is even better! Then it isn't cheap or crap at all. |

^Yeah. They're 00g. I don't know if you know sizes or not, but I figured i'd say it anyway. I like the wood ones as well, but I wear metal for two reasons.
1) They're easy to clean, and they don't smell too bad, and 2) They don't make my ears all gross and infected. |
I have to say Thom York is HOT.

And those sound like some good reasons to stick with metal, lol. I know he really likes this shop: 100 Pure Borosilicate by Frozenfire on Etsy |

Ahh nice, I shop at hot topics or the general jewellers store at the mall we have here. I have 2 more other than the ones that you can see. They're a couple sizes smaller. I actually used to have 8 piercings, but i've moved down to 4. |

You have two more gauges on your ears? And wow, you used to have eight piercings? I have two- one on each ear. Love earrings :D |
